Objective: To explore the effect of systematic nursing on the psychological burden of patients with intestinal obstruction. Methods: the study time was set from December 2020 to December 2021. The subjects were 60 patients with intestinal obstruction treated in our hospital during the above period. They were randomly divided into study group and routine group (n = 30). The study group was given systematic nursing and the routine group was given routine nursing. The effects of the two groups after nursing were compared. Results: in the comparison of psychological burden, there was no difference in the scores of anxiety and depression between the two groups after nursing intervention (P > 0.05). After nursing intervention, the psychological emotions of the two groups were improved. The scores of anxiety and depression in the study group were lower than those in the routine group (P < 0.05); In terms of nursing satisfaction, the study group was higher than the routine group (P < 0.05); The scores of the study group were better than those of the routine group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of systematic nursing in patients with intestinal obstruction can reduce the psychological burden of patients, improve the quality of life of patients and the satisfaction of nurses, which is worthy of application.
