| 摘要 |
观察不同方法治疗急性脑梗死（CI）的效果。方法 将2020.12~2021.10就诊的82例患者分成A、B组，均进行常规治疗，B加用通窍化痰熄风汤+针刺疗法，比较组间治疗情况。结果 B组总有效率95.22%，A组73.17%（P＜0.05）。治疗后，B组 Barthel指数、Fugl-Meye及NIHSS评分均高于A组，HIF-1α及HSP70改善幅度比A组更大，差异明显（P＜0.05）。结论 对于CI患者，用针刺联合通窍化痰熄风汤治疗，疗效确切，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the effect of different methods on acute cerebral infarction (CI). Methods 82 patients who went to the hospital from December 2020 to October 2021 were divided into group A and group B, both of whom received routine treatment, and group B was added with Tongqiao Huatan Xifeng Decoction+acupuncture therapy to compare the treatment between groups. Results The total effective rate was 95.22% in group B and 73.17% in group A (P<0.05). After treatment, Barthel index, Fugl Eye and NIHSS scores in group B were higher than those in group A, HIF-1 α The improvement of HSP70 and HSP70 in group A was greater than that in group A (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Tongqiao Huatan Xifeng Decoction has a definite effect on CI patients and is worth popularizing.
