| 摘要 |
探究康复护理在脑外伤术后患者中的临床效果和使用价值。方法 选取我院收治的脑外伤术后患者76例，将其按照随机分组方法分为对照组（38例，使用常规方法护理）和观察组（38例，使用康复护理）。对两组的护理效果进行分析。结果 两组患者在接受护理后均取得一定效果，但观察组在采用康复护理干预后，功能评分，颅内压水平，并发症发生率均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在脑外伤术后患者护理过程中，采用康复护理能取得较佳的效果，可提升其运动与神经功能，提升其日常生活能力，改善其颅内压水平，降低并发症的出现。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the clinical effect and application value of rehabilitation nursing in patients with brain trauma after operation. Methods 76 cases of post-operative brain trauma patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group (38 cases, using conventional nursing) and observation group (38 cases, using rehabilitation nursing). The nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results The two groups of patients had achieved certain results after receiving nursing care, but the observation group was superior to the control group in terms of functional score, intracranial pressure level and complication rate after using rehabilitation nursing intervention, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing process of patients with brain trauma after surgery, rehabilitation nursing can achieve better results, improve their motor and neural functions, enhance their daily living ability, improve their intracranial pressure level, and reduce the occurrence of complications.
