| 摘要 |
探讨在急性淋巴细胞白血病行大剂量甲氨蝶呤联合化疗治疗期间的护理措施。方法 此次研究中的78例对象均符合急性淋巴细胞白血病病症诊断标准，采用摇号的方式将其分为对照与观察两组，每组均为39例，前者沿用常规护理，后者实施综合护理手段进行干预，对比两组实际临床应用效果。结果 实验后各项数据中可见，观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组，而且不良反应发生情况大幅度降低（P＜0.05）。结论 对于正采取大剂量甲氨蝶呤以及化疗治疗的急性淋巴细胞白血病患者而言，综合护理模式的实施可提高护理的全面性，减少不良反应的发生，促进临床效果的提高使得患者尽快康复。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the nursing measures during the treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia with high-dose methotrexate combined with chemotherapy. Methods All 78 patients in this study met the diagnostic criteria of acute lymphoblastic leukemia. They were divided into control group and observation group by lottery, with 39 cases in each group. The former followed routine nursing, while the latter implemented comprehensive nursing intervention. Results According to the data after the experiment, the clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly reduced (P < 0.05). Conclusion For acute lymphoblastic leukemia patients who are taking high-dose methotrexate and chemotherapy treatment, the implementation of comprehensive nursing model can improve the comprehensive nursing, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, promote the improvement of clinical effect and make patients recover as soon as possible.
