| 摘要 |
讨论研究在重症肺炎中开展系统护理工作的价值作用。方法 将2021年9月到2022年9月期间院内的62例重症肺炎患者纳入研究范围，利用随机分配法划分为对照组（采取常规模式开展护理工作）、观察组（采取系统护理开展护理工作），观察并比较两组FEV1与FVC指数、症状持续时间、肺功能好转时长，观察并比较两组患者对护理工作满意度。结果 将两组护理后相关数据信息输入到统计学系统中处理得出结果P值＜0.05，差异显著，观察组整体FEV1与FVC指数、症状持续时间、肺功能好转时长、满意度等各项数据信息均明显比对照组更具优势。结论 在重症肺炎中开展系统护理工作可对患者肺功能产生积极影响，尽早减轻患者症状，为患者提供更为满意的护理服务。

| Abstract |
Objective To discuss the value of systematic nursing in severe pneumonia. Methods 62 patients with severe pneumonia in the hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were included in the study. They were randomly divided into the control group (nursing work was carried out in a conventional way) and the observation group (nursing work was carried out in a systematic way). FEV1 and FVC index, duration of symptoms, and duration of improvement of pulmonary function were observed and compared between the two groups, and their satisfaction with nursing work were observed and compared. Results The data of the two groups after nursing were inputted into the statistical system and the results showed that the P value was less than 0.05, with a significant difference. The observation groups overall FEV1 and FVC index, duration of symptoms, duration of pulmonary function improvement, satisfaction and other data information were significantly superior to the control group. Conclusion Carrying out systematic nursing work in severe pneumonia can have a positive impact on patients pulmonary function, relieve patients symptoms as soon as possible, and provide more satisfactory nursing services for patients.
