Objective To discuss and study the value of strengthening psychological nursing work in women with premature rupture of membranes. Methods 68 parturients with premature rupture of membranes in the hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were included in the study. After random numbering, they were randomly selected into the control group (nursing work was carried out in the conventional mode) and the observation group (psychological nursing work was strengthened) according to the method of computer random sampling. The changes of psychological status before and after the nursing of the two groups were observed and compared, and the delivery methods of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The related data information of the two groups was input into the statistical system, and the pre nursing treatment result P value was>0.05. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the related data information of mental state; P value of post nursing treatment results was less than 0.05, with significant difference. The observation groups overall psychological status score, natural delivery rate, cesarean section rate and other data information were significantly superior to the control group. Conclusion Strengthening the psychological nursing work in the parturients with premature rupture of membranes can have a positive impact on the psychological state of the parturients and promote natural delivery.
