| 摘要 |
分析全程健康教育模式采取高血压糖尿病护理产生的效果。方法 选择我院2021年3月到2022年3月接收的60例高血压糖尿病患者为研究对象，将其按照随机数表方式分组，30例实施一般护理，设定为对照组，30例在对照组基础上加入全程健康教育模式，设定为观察组，分析两组护理效果差异。结果 观察组护理后血压、血糖水平明显降低，观察组护理后相关知识认知度评分明显较高，观察组护理满意度明显较高，（P<0.05）。结论 高血压糖尿病护理中全程健康教育模式能够提高认知度，改善血压，血糖，同时还能达到患者护理满意要求，值得临床重视并采纳。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of the whole health education mode of hypertension and diabetes care. Methods from March 2021 to March 2022 to receive the 60 cases of high blood pressure, diabetes patients as the research object, according to the way of the random grouping, 30 cases of general nursing, set to the control group, 30 cases in the control group on the basis of joining the whole health education pattern, set as the observation group, analysis the nursing effect is similar between the two groups. Results After nursing, the blood pressure and blood glucose levels in the observation group were significantly reduced, and the score of knowledge recognition after nursing in the observation group was significantly higher, and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher, (P<0.05). Conclusion The whole health education model in the nursing of hypertension and diabetes mellitus can improve the awareness, improve blood pressure, blood glucose, and meet the nursing satisfaction requirements of patients, which is worthy of clinical attention and adoption.
