延伸护理对重症急性胰腺炎患者的干预分析

| 摘要 |
探究重症急性胰腺炎患者护理中采取延伸护理的应用效果。方法 选取本院自2020年2月-2021年2月1月期间收治的重症急性胰腺炎患者（n=60）作为本次研究对象。通过应用随机数字表法分为参考组及实验组，其中参考组行常规护理，实验组行延伸护理，两组各为30例。比较分析两组护理效果。结果 实验组依从性相比参考组较高（P＜0.05）。实验组生活质量相比参考组高（P＜0.05）。实验组护理满意度相比参考组高（P＜0.05）。结论 将延伸护理应用在重症急性胰腺炎患者护理中可获得确切效果，能够提升患者依从性，促进其生活质量的改善，从而提高其满意度，建议该护理方法在临床推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application effect of extended nursing in patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods Patients with severe acute pancreatitis (n=60) admitted in our hospital from February 2020 to February 1, 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study. The patients were divided into reference group and experimental group by using random number table. The reference group received routine nursing care, and the experimental group received extended nursing care. There were 30 patients in each group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The compliance of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). The quality of life in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of extended nursing in the nursing of patients with severe acute pancreatitis can obtain exact effect, improve the compliance of patients, promote the improvement of their quality of life, and thus improve their satisfaction. It is suggested that this nursing method be popularized in clinical practice.
