探讨助产士在自然分娩中对孕产妇心理护理的效果

| 摘要 |
分析助产士心理护理用于自然分娩孕产妇的价值。方法 对 2021 年 5 月-2022 年 3 月本科接诊自然分娩孕产妇（n=100）进行随机分组，试验和对照组各 50 人，前者采取助产士心理护理，后者行常规护理。对比 SDS 评分等指标。结果 关于自然分娩成功率，试验组数据 96.0%，和对照组数据 80.0%相比更高（P＜0.05）。关于 SDS 和 SAS 评分，干预结束时：试验组数据分别是（31.68±3.25）分、（33.57±3.92）分，和对照组数据（44.52±4.16）分、（46.32±4.78）分相比更低（P＜0.05）。关于第一产程时间：试验组数据（5.09±1.02）h，和对照组数据（8.57±1.46）h 相比更短（P＜0.05）。关于满意度，试验组数据 98.0%，和对照组数据 84.0%相比更高（P＜0.05）。结论 孕产妇自然分娩用助产士心理护理，第一产程时间更短，自然分娩成功率更高，负性情绪缓解更为迅速，满意度提升更加明显。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the value of psychological nursing of midwives in natural delivery.Methods The pregnant and lying in women with natural delivery (n=100) admitted by the undergraduatedepartment from May 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into two groups, 50 in the test group and 50 inthe control group. The former received psychological care from midwives, while the latter received routine care.Compare the SDS score and other indicators. Results About the success rate of natural delivery, the data of the testgroup was 96.0%, which was higher than the data of the control group (80.0%) (P<0.05). For SDS and SAS scores,at the end of the intervention, the data of the test group were (31.68 ± 3.25) and (33.57 ± 3.92) respectively, whichwere lower than the data of the control group (44.52 ± 4.16) and (46.32 ± 4.78) (P<0.05). The time of the first stageof labor: (5.09 ± 1.02) h in the test group was shorter than (8.57 ± 1.46) h in the control group (P<0.05). As forsatisfaction, 98.0% of the data in the test group was higher than 84.0% of the data in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological nursing of midwives for natural delivery of pregnant and lying in women is shorterin the first stage of labor, higher in the success rate of natural delivery, more rapid in relieving negative emotions,and more obvious in the improvement of satisfaction.
