| 摘要 |
观察在肾病综合征中应用规范化护理的临床效果，评价其应用价值。方法：按照研究纳入及排除标准从 2021 年 6 月-2022 年 6 月内收治的肾病综合征患者中选取 90 例作为研究对象，编号 1-90号，随机分组为对照组与实验组，各 45 例，对照组患者接受常规护理，实验组患者接受规范化护理，对比患者护理满意度、生活质量以及负面情绪情况。结果：经不同护理方式干预后，实验组患者生活质量对比更好、负面情绪改善程度更大、护理满意度对比更高，指标差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：针对肾病综合征患者展开规范化的护理干预临床效果好，有推广应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the clinical effect of standardized nursing in nephrotic syndrome andevaluate its application value. Methods according to the study inclusion and exclusion criteria from June2021-2022 in 90 kidney syndrome patients as research object, number 1-90, randomized for control group andexperimental group, each 45 cases, control group patients receive routine care, experimental group patients receivestandardized care, compare patients nursing satisfaction, quality of life and negative emotions. Results After theintervention of different nursing methods, the patients in the experimental group had better quality of life, betternegative emotions, higher nursing satisfaction, and the index difference was statistically significant （P <0.05）.Conclusion Standardized nursing intervention for patients with nephrotic syndrome has good clinical effect andgood application value.
