分析脑卒中偏瘫采取康复治疗技术后对肢体功能产生的影响。方法 实验对象:74例脑卒中偏瘫患者。实验时间:2020年1月到2021年1月。实验分组方式:电脑盲选方法。实验分组类别:对照组采取基础治疗,为37例。观察组在基础治疗上加入康复治疗技术,为37例。实验根本目的:对比两种方式治疗后运动功能评分、日常生活能力评分、神经功能评分。结果 观察组治疗后运动功能评分为27.88±3.91,对照组治疗后运动功能评分为19.23±3.77,观察组治疗后运动功能评分显著高于对照组,(P<0.05)为差异显著,有统计学意义。观察组治疗后日常生活能力评分为76.45±13.47,对照组治疗后日常生活能力评分为50.12±10.11,观察组治疗后日常生活能力评分显著高于对照组,(P<0.05)为差异显著,有统计学意义。观察组治疗后神经功能缺损评分为14.39±5.10,对照组治疗后神经功能缺损评分为27.12±8.55,观察组治疗后神经功能评分显著低于对照组,(P<0.05)为差异显著,有统计学意义。结论 脑卒中偏瘫采取康复技术治疗能够改善肢体功能,加快病情恢复,值得临床重视。

| Abstract |
Objective: to analyze the effect of rehabilitation treatment on limb function in stroke hemiplegia. Methods: Subjects: 74 patients with stroke hemiplegia. Experiment time: January 2020 to January 2021. Experimental grouping method: computer blind selection method. Experimental grouping category: 37 cases in the control group were treated with basic treatment. 37 cases in the observation group were treated with rehabilitation technology on the basis of basic treatment. Fundamental objective: To compare the motor function score, activity of daily living score and neurological function score after the two methods of treatment. Results: after treatment, the motor function score of the observation group was 27.88 ± 3.91 and that of the control group was 19.23 ± 3.77. The motor function score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The score of ADL in the observation group was 76.45 ± 13.47 after treatment and that in the control group was 50.12 ± 10.11 after treatment. The score of ADL in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The neurological deficit score after treatment in the observation group was 14.39 ± 5.10 and that in the control group was 27.12 ± 8.55. The neurological deficit score after treatment in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: rehabilitation technology can improve limb function and accelerate the recovery of stroke hemiplegia, which is worthy of clinical attention.
