微信平台在临床护理带教管理中的应用效果观察

| 摘要 |
观察在临床护理带教管理中运用微信平台的临床应用效果。方法 此次观察对象选取我医院 2020 年 9 月至 2022 年 9 月期间接收的护理实习生 30 名，通过电脑随机选取方式将入选的实习生分成观察组和对照组，每组人数各有 15 名，对照组实习生采取常规带教管理，观察组实习生则将微信平台应用于教学管理中，将两种不同带教模式最终取得的效果进行对比。结果 实习后两组各指标结果比较发现，观察组实习生的学习积极性与对照组相比显著提升，最终获得的护理理论知识、临床实践操作能力和护理综合能力考核结果均高于对照组，实习生对此次教学管理满意度也明显高于对照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 将微信平台应用于临床护理带教管理中，对于提升带教管理质量、增强实习生的学习积极性以及提高实习生的实习效果起到了重要性作用。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the clinical application effect of WeChat platform in clinical nursingteaching management. Method the observation object selected my hospital during September 2020 to September2022 received 30 nursing interns, through computer randomly selected way will be interns into observation groupand control group, each group has 15, control group interns take regular teaching management, observation groupinterns are WeChat platform applied in teaching management, comparing two different teaching model effect.Results after the two groups of each index results found, the observation group interns learning enthusiasmcompared with controls, the final nursing theory knowledge, clinical practice ability and comprehensive nursingability assessment results are higher than the control group, interns on the teaching management satisfaction is alsosignificantly higher than the control group, (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of WeChat platform to clinicalnursing teaching management plays an important role in improving the quality of teaching management, enhancingthe learning enthusiasm of interns and improving the internship effect of interns.
