| 摘要 |
研究疫情常态化管控下人文关怀对住院患者满意度的影响。方法 随机在我院 2022 年 1月至 2022 年 6 月间在疫情常态化管控下的就医住院患者中抽取 86 例为研究的主体，并根据患者就医住院的先后顺序排序，按照奇偶性将其随机分为对照组，其中奇数组为对照组采用常规护理模式，偶数组为观察组在常规护理外进行人文关怀干预。最终比较两组患者在住院环境、健康宣教、出院指导等住院因素上的满意情况评分以及对于护理的满意度。结果 观察组患者对于住院环境、健康宣教、出院指导等满意评分明显优于对照组（P<0.05），同时观察组的护理满意度显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 在疫情常态化管控下，采用人文关怀护理干预，能够明显提高患者对住院环境、健康宣教、出院指导等满意情况评分，让患者对于护理过程更加满意，更好的维护了医院整体形象。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the impact of humanistic care on inpatient satisfaction under the control ofepidemic normalization.Methods Randomly select 86 inpatients from January 2022 to June 2022 in our hospitalunder the control of epidemic normalization as the main body of the study, and randomly divide them into thecontrol group according to the order of hospitalization and the parity. The odd group is the control group, whichadopts the conventional nursing mode, and the even group is the observation group, which carries out humanisticcare intervention outside the conventional nursing. Finally, the two groups were compared on the satisfactionscores of inpatient factors such as hospitalization environment, health education, discharge guidance andsatisfaction with nursing. Results The satisfaction scores of patients in the observation group were significantlyhigher than those in the control group (P<0.05) in terms of hospitalization environment, health education anddischarge guidance, and the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in thecontrol group (P<0.05). Conclusion Under the normal control of epidemic situation, the adoption of humanisticcare nursing intervention can significantly improve the patients satisfaction scores on the inpatient environment,health education, discharge guidance, etc., so that patients are more satisfied with the nursing process, and bettermaintain the overall image of the hospital.
