Objective To analyze the value of psychological nursing based on Maslows hierarchy of needsfor fungal keratitis. Methods From January 2020 to January 2022, 60 undergraduate patients with fungal keratitis(n=60) were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. Theformer received psychological nursing based on Maslows hierarchy of needs theory, while the latter receivedroutine nursing. Compare SAS scores and other indicators. Results At the end of intervention, the SAS score of theexperimental group (30.21±3.63) was lower than that of the control group (44.27±4.95) (P < 0.05). Regarding thesf-36 score, at the end of the intervention, the score of the experimental group (87.92±3.01) was higher than thatof the control group (80.54±3.78) (P < 0.05). The satisfaction of the experimental group was 96.67%, which washigher than that of the control group (80.0%, P < 0.05). Conclusion The psychological nursing based on Maslowshierarchy of needs can relieve the anxiety more quickly, improve the quality of life more obviously and improvethe satisfaction of fungal keratitis.
