| 摘要 |
探析分析危重症患者在重症监护室（ICU）内行中心静脉穿刺置管（CVC）的护理措施。方法 2021 年 2 月~2022 年 2 月，选取我院 ICU 就诊的危重症接受 CVC 的患者 200 例，随机将 200 例患者分为均衡的两组，各 100 例，将常规干预、综合护理分别给予对照组、观察组，分析组间干预效用。结果组间 HR、R、PO2/FiO2、并发症、满意度、穿刺位置皮肤红肿几率对比，观察组数值均较对照组更佳（P<0.05）。结论 ICU 内危重症患者行 CVC 期间施以综合护理，疗效确切，可选用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the nursing measures of central venous catheterization (CVC)for critically ill patients in intensive care unit (ICU).Methods From February 2021 to February 2022, 200 criticallyill patients receiving CVC in ICU of our hospital were selected, and 200 patients were randomly divided into twobalanced groups, 100 patients in each group. Routine intervention and comprehensive nursing were given to thecontrol group and the observation group respectively, and the effectiveness of intervention between groups wasanalyzed. Results Compared HR, R, PO2/FiO2, complications, satisfaction, and skin redness and swelling atpuncture site between groups, the values in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for critical patients in ICU during CVC is effective and optional.
