| 摘要 |
探究优质护理用于自然分娩中的临床效果和使用价值。方法 选取于我院进行分娩的产妇 240 例，将其按照随机分组法分为对照组（120 例，使用常规护理）和观察组（120 例，使用优质护理）。对两组的护理效果进行分析。结果 两组患者在接受护理后均取得一定效果，但观察组在采用优质护理后，其心理状态评分、产程时间、产后 2h 出血量及分娩结局均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在产妇护理中，采用优质护理能取得较佳的效果，可改善其心理状态，减少其产程时间，提升自然分娩率。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the clinical effect and value of high-quality nursing in natural delivery.Methods 240 parturients who delivered in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (120 cases, usingroutine nursing) and observation group (120 cases, using high-quality nursing). The nursing effects of the twogroups were analyzed. Results The two groups of patients achieved certain results after receiving nursing care, butthe observation groups psychological status score, labor process time, postpartum 2h bleeding volume and deliveryoutcome were better than the control group after using high-quality nursing care, and the difference was statisticallysignificant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing of parturients, the adoption of high-quality nursing can achievebetter results, improve their psychological status, reduce their labor time, and increase the rate of natural delivery.
