Objective To explore the influence of high-quality nursing on early threatened abortion nursing,hoping to provide some help for the nursing research of early threatened abortion. Methods The study period wasfrom October 2021 to October 2022. The study subjects were 70 patients with early threatened abortion in thehospital. They were divided into control group and observation group by random assignment method. The twogroups of nursing work were carried out by adopting conventional mode and high-quality nursing mode, and thedata and information related to the nursing effect of the two groups were statistically compared. Results The relateddata of the two groups after receiving different nursing care were input into the statistical system for processing.Compared with the control group, the overall anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower,with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05); The spontaneous abortion rate in the observation group waslower, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The satisfaction of the observation group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing can have a positiveimpact on early threatened abortion nursing, help patients improve their psychological status, control the risk ofspontaneous abortion in a reasonable range, and raise the level of patients satisfaction with nursing to a new height.
