| 摘要 |
探讨舒适护理干预对经尿道前列腺等离子电切术患者临床疗效及不良情绪的影响。方法 将我院 2021 年 1 月-2022 年 1 月 80 例经尿道前列腺等离子电切术患者，抽签随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施舒适护理。比较两组护理前后焦虑 SAS 评分和抑郁 SDS 评分、满意度、临床疗效、并发症发生率。结果 实验组焦虑 SAS 评分和抑郁 SDS 评分低于对照组，满意度高于对照组，临床疗效高于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 经尿道前列腺等离子电切术患者实施舒适护理效果确切，可减轻患者不良情绪，保障疗效。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the influence of comfortable nursing intervention on the clinical efficacyand bad mood of patients undergoing transurethral plasma resection of prostate. Methods 80 patients whounderwent transurethral plasma resection of prostate from January 2021 to January 2022 in our hospital wererandomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine care, while the experimental group wasgiven comfort care. The SAS score of anxiety and SDS score of depression, satisfaction, clinical efficacy andcomplication rate were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results The SAS score ofanxiety and SDS score of depression in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, thesatisfaction was higher than that in the control group, the clinical efficacy was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comfort nursingis effective for patients undergoing transurethral plasma resection of prostate, which can reduce their bad mood andensure the curative effect.
