| 摘要 |
将预防护理应用在全髋关节置换术中，分析该护理对术后关节脱位的影响。方法 选取本院在 2020 年 4 月-2021 年 4 月期间收治的全髋关节置换术治疗患者（n=64）为本次研究对象。采取随机数字表法分为参考组（n=32）及实验组（n=32），前者给予常规护理，后者采取预防护理。比较两组护理效果。结果 两组术后关节脱位发生率对比可见实验组较低（P＜0.05）。两组满意度比较，可见实验组高（P＜0.05）。 结论 在全髋关节置换术中采取预防护理效果显著，能够降低患者术后关节脱位，进而提高其满意度。建议此种方法在临床上推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To apply preventive nursing in total hip replacement and analyze the influence of thisnursing on postoperative joint dislocation. Methods The total hip replacement patients (n=64) admitted in ourhospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected for this study. Randomized number table method was used todivide the patients into reference group (n=32) and experimental group (n=32). The former was given routine care,and the latter was given preventive care. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results Theincidence of joint dislocation in the experimental group was lower than that in the two groups (P<0.05). Comparedwith the two groups, the satisfaction of the experimental group was higher (P<0.05). Conclusion Preventivenursing in total hip replacement has a significant effect, which can reduce the postoperative joint dislocation ofpatients and improve their satisfaction. It is suggested that this method be popularized in clinical practice.
