面对国际化竞争的需求，各国都在积极采取措施应对全球化对于人才培养的挑战，一个共有趋势就是对学生全球胜任力的重视。文章阐述了全球胜任力的内涵和中外合作办学大学生全球胜任力培养现状，为中外合作办学大学生全球胜任力的提升提供路径。

| Abstract |
With the demand of international competition, all countries are actively taking measures to meet the challenges of globalization to talent cultivation. A common trend is to attach importance to the global competence of students. This research expounds the connotation of global competence and the current situation of the cultivation of global competence inSino-foreign cooperative universities’ students, providing the path for the improvement of the global competence of these students.
