海南高校在服务海南自由贸易港建设中，具备学科、科研、校企合作和人才培养等方面的天然优势，是服务海南自由贸易港建设的重要力量。为促进档案管理高质量发展，本文主要探析构建海南高校服务于海南自由贸易港建设专项档案收集机制的策略。

| Abstract |
In serving the construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port, as important forces, Hainan universities have natural advantages in disciplines, scientific research, school-enterprise cooperation, and personnel training. In order to promote the high-quality development of archives management, this article mainly analyzes the strategy of buildinga special archives collection mechanism for Hainan colleges and universities to better serve the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port.
