摘要
探析在老年护理中的多元文化与人文关怀措施。方法 在本次研究的实施中,选取90例患者作为研究对象,对其基本资料进行分析后确认符合研究入组标准,均需接受临床护理干预,并将患者进行随机分组,最终分配为对照组、观察组,每组45例,于对照组中实施常规护理,观察组则实施多元文化与人文关怀,并比较两组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分以及满意度。结果 对两组患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪分析后,确认在护理干预后观察组患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪明显优于对照组,(P<0.05)。同时也对两组患者的满意度进行了评估分析,结果显示观察组患者的满意度显著高于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论 老年护理工作中加强对多元文化与人文关怀理念的应用有助于提高护理质量,缓解患者负面情绪。
Abstract
Objective To explore the multicultural and humanistic care measures in elderly care. Methods In the implementation of this study, 90 patients were selected as the research objects, and after analyzing their basic data, it was confirmed that they met the study entry criteria, and they all needed to receive clinical nursing intervention. The patients were randomly divided into groups and finally assigned as controls. The control group and the observation group, 45 cases in each group, were given routine nursing care in the control group, and the observation group was given multicultural and humanistic care, and the anxiety, depression scores and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After analyzing the anxiety and depression of the two groups of patients, it was confirmed that the anxiety and depression of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group after nursing intervention (P<0.05). The satisfaction of the patients in the two groups was also evaluated and analyzed, and the results showed that the satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthening the application of the concept of multicultural and humanistic care in geriatric nursing work can help to improve the quality of nursing and relieve the negative emotions of patients.
