| 摘要 |
乡村振兴背景下，资本支持是促进乡村产业振兴的重要力量，然而目前，在资本助农道路上依然存在一些较为显见的问题。基于此，本人借鉴专家学者的相关意见，在前人研究成果的基础上，进一步梳理乡村振兴背景下云南省“资本助农”存在的不足与问题，结合自身工作、新时代的要求和相关文件资料，提出乡村振兴背景下云南省“资本助农”意见与建议，推动云南省乡村振兴的高质量发展。

| Abstract |
In the context of rural revitalization, capital support is an important force to promote the revitalization of rural industries, but at present, there are still some obvious problems on the road of capital to help agriculture. Based on this, I draw on the relevant opinions of experts and scholars, on the basis of the research results of my predecessors, further sort out the shortcomings and problems of "capital to help farmers" in Yunnan Province under the background of rural revitalization, combine my own work, the requirements of the new era and relevant documents, put forward the opinions and suggestions of "capital to help farmers" in Yunnan Province under the background of rural revitalization, and promote the high-quality development of rural revitalization in Yunnan Province.
