当前新型城镇化和人本发展观并没有充分结合，这一背景之下，需要更为深入地分析探究人本视角之下新型城镇化建设方案，立足于新型城镇化基本内容探析其发展对策和手段，进而在一定程度上为我国全面建设的展开提供有力依据。通过分析人本视角下新型城镇化建设现实情况并对其推进策略进行探析，对于社会发展能够起到一定的促进作用。

| Abstract |
the current combination of new urbanization and humanistic concept of development is not, under this background, require a more in-depth analysis to explore the humanistic perspective under the new urbanization construction scheme, based on the basic content analysis of the new urbanization development countermeasure and measure, which to a certain extent, provide powerful basis for the comprehensive construction of China. By analyzing the reality of new urbanization construction from the perspective of people and analyzing its promotion strategies, it can play a certain role in promoting social development.
