| 摘要 |
分析彩色多普勒超声在胆囊结石诊断中的应用价值。方法 随机抽取2021年5月到2022年2月于我市院区寻求治疗的疑似胆结石患者120例，按照人数将其平均分为为观察组和对照组，观察组使用使用彩色超声多普勒超声对其进行检查；对照组采用磁共振胰胆管造影进行检查，检查后以手术检查为标准，对比两种检查方式的准确率。结果 手术检查后，观察组患者使用彩色多普勒超声检查胆囊结石的准确率约为88.33％，显著高于对照组患者,P＜0.05。结论 彩色多普勒超声在胆囊结石的诊断过程中，具备良好应用价值，对于有较为明显症状的胆结石患者的诊断率较高。

| Abstract |
Objective: To analyze the application value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of cholecystolithiasis. Methods: Randomly selected 120 patients with suspected gallstones who sought treatment in our citys hospital district from May 2021 to February 2022, and divided them into an observation group and a control group according to the number. Ultrasonography was used to examine them; the control group was examined by magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography. After examination, surgical examination was used as the standard, and the accuracy rates of the two examination methods were compared. Results: After surgical examination, the accuracy rate of color Doppler ultrasonography for gallbladder stones in the observation group was about 88.33%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: Color Doppler ultrasonography has good application value in the diagnosis of gallstones, and it has a higher diagnostic rate for patients with gallstones with more obvious symptoms.
