| 摘要 |
医院工会是党的思想政治宣传教育工作的第一线，其基础作用就是开展思想政治宣传教育工作。新时期，医院工会要在习近平新时期中国特色社会主义理念的指引下，坚持党对医院工会工作的全面领导，以高质量的党建为“抓手”开展思想政治宣传工作，以工会组织的思想政治宣传工作为“抓手”，不断提高党员干部队伍的素质，不断深化开展群众主题实践活动，把思想政治宣传与职工之家建设有机结合，充分发挥劳动模范先进典型传播教育作用，进一步加强思想政治宣传教育阵地建设。为此，文章着重探讨了医院工会在新时期如何强化思想政治宣传教育工作建设。本文综述了氧疗及艾灸疗法治疗压疮的相关护理进展。

| Abstract |
The hospital trade union is the partys ideological and political propaganda and education work of the first line, its basic role is to carry out ideological and political propaganda and education work. We will integrate ideological and political propaganda with the construction of workers homes, give full play to the role of advanced model workers in dissemination and education, and further strengthen the construction of ideological and political propaganda and education fronts. Therefore, the article discusses how to strengthen the construction of ideological and political propaganda and education in the new period.
