| 摘要 |
将以家庭为中心的护理干预应用在小儿哮喘护理中，分析该护理效果及家属满意度。方法 选取本院在 2020 年 3 月-2021 年 3 月期间收治的小儿哮喘患者儿（n=106）为本次研究对象。采取随机数字表法分为参考组（n=53）及实验组（n=53），前者给予常规护理，后者采取以家庭为中心的护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果 两组患儿依从性对比可见，实验组较高（P＜0.05）。两组患儿生活质量比较，可见实验组高（P＜0.05）。 两组家属满意度对比，可见实验组较高（P＜0.05）。结论 在小儿哮喘护理中采取以家庭为中心的护理干预效果显著，能够提升患儿依从性，促进其生活质量改善，进而提高家属的满意度。建议此种方法在临床上推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To apply family centered nursing intervention in the nursing of children with asthma,and analyze the nursing effect and family satisfaction. Methods The children with asthma (n=106) admitted in ourhospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study. Randomized number tablemethod was used to divide the patients into reference group (n=53) and experimental group (n=53). The former wasgiven routine nursing care, and the latter was given family centered nursing intervention. The nursing effects of thetwo groups were compared. Results The compliance of the two groups was higher than that of the experimentalgroup (P<0.05). Compared with the two groups, the quality of life in the experimental group was higher (P<0.05).Compared the satisfaction of family members of the two groups, it can be seen that the experimental group ishigher (P<0.05). Conclusion The family centered nursing intervention in the care of children with asthma has asignificant effect, which can enhance the compliance of children, improve their quality of life, and then improve thesatisfaction of their families. It is suggested that this method be popularized in clinical practice.
