摘要	化脓性关节炎是骨科常见疾病，且在小儿群体中较为多见。该病的治疗现在仍是骨科一大难题，治疗不当或者治疗不及时常常导致关节遗留后遗症，甚至导致关节功能的丧失。因此，该病在治疗方面的研究得到了更多学者的重视，其临床治疗方法需进一步进行挖掘。文章主要从小儿化脓性关节炎的治疗方面进行综述，对近年来小儿化脓性关节炎的治疗方法进行总结。
Abstract	Suppurative arthritis is a common orthopedic disease, and more common in children. The treatment of this disease is still a big problem in orthopedics. Improper treatment or untimely treatment often leads to joint sequelae and even the loss of joint function. Therefore, the research on the treatment of the disease has been paid more attention by more scholars, and its clinical treatment methods need to be further explored. This article mainly reviews the treatment of childrens suppurative arthritis, and summarizes the treatment methods of childrens suppurative arthritis in recent years.
