| 摘要 |
探讨心理护理干预对整形美容术患者心理状态的影响。方法 回顾性分析我院2020年1月-2021年1月收治的80例整形美容术患者，根据护理模式的差异分为对照组以及研究组。对照组进行常规护理，实验组在常规护理基础上实施心理护理干预。结果 实验组患者负面情绪评分低于对照组，数据差异存在统计学意义（P<0.05）。实验组护理满意度高于对照组，数据差异存在统计学意义（P<0.05）。实验组患者护理质量优于对照组患者，差异均有统计意义（p＜0.05）。结论 对整形美容术患者采用心理护理可减轻患者心理负担，提高患者的健康行为，值得进一步推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the psychological state of patients undergoing cosmetic surgery. Methods A retrospective analysis of 80 plastic and cosmetic surgery patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 was performed, and they were divided into a control group and a study group according to the differences in nursing modes. The control group received routine nursing, while the experimental group received psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. Results The negative emotion scores of patients in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing quality of the patients in the experimental group was better than that of the patients in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing for plastic and cosmetic surgery patients can reduce the psychological burden and improve the healthy behavior of patients, which is worthy of further promotion.
