| 摘要 |
探讨达芬奇机器人前列腺癌根治术后的快速康复护理。方法 将我院 2021 年 2 月-2022年 2 月 60 例达芬奇机器人前列腺癌根治术患者，双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施快速康复护理。比较两组护理前后生活质量评分水平、视觉模拟评分、焦虑自评量表评分、护理满意度、住院时间。结果 实验组生活质量评分水平高于对照组，视觉模拟评分、焦虑自评量表评分低于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，住院时间短于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 达芬奇机器人前列腺癌根治术患者实施快速康复护理效果确切。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the rapid rehabilitation nursing after radical prostatectomy with Da Vincirobot. Methods 60 cases of Da Vinci robot radical prostatectomy in our hospital from April 2021 to February 2022were randomly divided into two groups by double blind method. The control group received routine nursing, whilethe experimental group received rapid rehabilitation nursing. The scores of quality of life, visual simulation, selfrating anxiety scale, nursing satisfaction and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups beforeand after nursing. Results The quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the controlgroup, the visual simulation score and the self rating anxiety scale score were lower than that of the control group,the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, and the hospital stay was shorter than that of thecontrol group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients undergoing robot radicalprostatectomy by Da Vinci is accurate.
