| 摘要 |
分析在对脑梗塞患者进行护理的过程中将综合性康复护理干预进行运用的作用。方法 纳入 2020 年 1 月至 2021 年 1 月收治的 536 例脑梗塞患者为研究对象，双盲法均分为对照组（268 例，治疗期开展常规护理）和观察组（268 例，开展综合性康复护理）。分析两组患者的恢复情况。结果 对比两组 Barthel指数，在护理干预前两组无差异，P>0.05，在干预后，观察组高于对照组，P<0.05。对比两组上下肢 FMA评分，在护理干预前两组无差异，P>0.05，在干预后，观察组高于对照组，P<0.05。分析两组在恢复期间心理状态，干预前两组 SDS、SAS 评分无差异，P>0.05，干预后，观察组明显优于对照组，P<0.05。对比两组生活质量，干预前无差异，P>0.05，干预后，观察组高于对照组，P<0.05。结论 在对脑梗塞患者进行护理中将综合康复护理进行运用，可以促使患者神经功能以及肢体功能得到改善，并缓解患者在恢复期间心理压力，提升患者生活质量，有助于患者进行恢复。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the role of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention in the processof nursing for cerebral infarction patients. Methods A total of 536 patients with cerebral infarction admitted fromJanuary 2020 to January 2021 were included in the study. They were divided into control group (268 cases, routinenursing during treatment) and observation group (268 cases, comprehensive rehabilitation nursing). The recoveryof the two groups of patients was analyzed. Results Compared the Barthel index between the two groups, there wasno difference between the two groups before the intervention, P>0.05, after the intervention, the observation groupwas higher than the control group, P<0.05. The FMA scores of the upper and lower limbs of the two groups werecompared. Before the intervention, there was no difference between the two groups, P>0.05. After the intervention,the observation group was higher than the control group, P<0.05. The psychological state of the two groups duringrecovery was analyzed. SDS and SAS scores of the two groups had no difference before intervention, P>0.05. Afterintervention, the observation group was significantly better than the control group, P<0.05. Comparing the qualityof life between the two groups, there was no difference before intervention (P>0.05), after intervention, theobservation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensiverehabilitation nursing in the nursing of cerebral infarction patients can improve the neurological function and limbfunction of patients, relieve the psychological pressure during recovery, improve the quality of life of patients, andcontribute to the recovery of patients.
