| 摘要 |
探究分析疼痛护理对晚期癌症患者药物依赖性及生活质量的影响。方法 选取于 2021 年1 月至 2022 年 1 月，我院收治的晚期癌症患者共 78 例，作为本次研究对象。根据患者的入院序列数为基础，采用随机数字分组的方式，将 78 例患者随机分为对照组以及观察组。对照组采用常规护理模式进行干预；观察组采用疼痛护理模式进行干预。对比分析对照组以及观察组的生活质量；疼痛程度；以及主动要求使用镇痛药物次数。结果 经护理干预后，观察组在生活质量；疼痛程度；以及主动要求使用镇痛药物次数方面明显优于对照组，其中（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论 在对晚期癌症患者进行护理的过程中，采用疼痛护理模式进行干预，能够有效提升患者生活质量；同时能够显著改善患者的疼痛程度；以及主动要求使用镇痛药物次数，在实际应用的过程中具有优良的效果，值得进一步的推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of pain nursing on drug dependence and quality oflife of patients with advanced cancer. Methods 78 patients with advanced cancer admitted to our hospital fromJanuary 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study. Based on the number of admissionsequences, 78 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group wasintervened with conventional nursing mode; The observation group was intervened with pain nursing mode. Thequality of life of the control group and the observation group were compared and analyzed; Degree of pain; And thenumber of times to ask for analgesic drugs. Results After nursing intervention, the quality of life in the observationgroup was improved; Degree of pain; As well as the number of times of actively requesting the use of analgesics, itwas significantly better than the control group, among which （P<0.05）, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion In the process of nursing patients with advanced cancer, using pain nursing mode to intervene caneffectively improve the quality of life of patients; At the same time, it can significantly improve the pain degree ofpatients; As well as the number of times of taking the initiative to request the use of analgesics, it has excellenteffects in the process of practical application and is worth further promotion and application.
