| 摘要 |
分析甲状腺癌病患在临床进行颈部淋巴结清扫术后，出现淋巴漏现象的护理干预对策、效果和护理价值。方法 选择 2020 年 3 月至 2021 年 3 月我院接收的 98 例甲状腺癌颈部淋巴结清扫术治疗病患为研究对象。按照入院手术治疗先后顺序进行分组，前 49 例纳入对照组，围手术期间实施常规手术护理，后 49 例纳入干预，围手术期间实施优质护理干预。观察对比两组通过为期 1 个月护理后的护理效果。结果干预组术后不良情评分低于对照组，（P＜0.05）；同时干预组术后生存质量高于对照组，（P＜0.05）；干预组经过优质护理后护理满意度明显优于对照组，（P＜0.05）；术后发生手术相关并发症发生率低于对照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 在对甲状腺癌颈部淋巴结清扫术后淋巴漏患者护理时，采用优质护理管理的方式进行疾病护理，能够提高病患生存质量，同时降低术后不良情绪，提升护理满意度，控制术后并发症发生率，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the nursing intervention strategy, effect and nursing value of lymph leakagein patients with thyroid cancer after neck lymph node dissection. Methods From March 2020 to March 2021, 98patients with thyroid cancer who received cervical lymph node dissection in our hospital were selected as the studysubjects. The first 49 patients were included in the control group according to the order of surgical treatment.Routine surgical care was carried out during the perioperative period, and the last 49 patients were included in theintervention. High quality nursing intervention was carried out during the perioperative period. Observe andcompare the nursing effect of the two groups after one month of nursing. Results The score of adverse events inintervention group was lower than that in control group （P; The quality of life in the intervention group was higherthan that in the control group （P; The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was significantly better thanthat of the control group （P; The incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group（P<0.05 ） . Conclusion In the nursing of patients with lymph leakage after neck lymph node dissection ofthyroid cancer, adopting high-quality nursing management to carry out disease nursing can improve the quality oflife of patients, reduce postoperative bad emotions, improve nursing satisfaction, and control the incidence ofpostoperative complications, which is worth promoting.
