| 摘要 |
探析个体化护理对霉菌性阴道炎患者的影响。方法 选取 2021 年 5 月~2022 年 5 月我院收治的 100 例霉菌性阴道炎患者，随机分成两组，对照组 50 例实施常规护理，观察组 50 例实施个体化护理，比较两组的治疗依从性、生活质量、自我护理能力、并发症、复发情况。结果 观察组的治疗依从性 100.00%高于对照组 86.00%（P<0.05）；观察组的并发症总发生率 4.00%、复发率 6.00%均低于对照组 18.00%、26.00%（P<0.05）；护理后，观察组的生活质量评分、自我护理能力评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 霉菌性阴道炎患者在实施个体化护理后，明显提高了治疗依从性，改善其自我护理能力和生活质量，并且降低并发症情况，也减少复发情况出现，值得临床推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the influence of individualized nursing on patients with mycotic vaginitis.Methods 100 patients with mycotic vaginitis admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were randomlydivided into two groups: the control group (50 patients) received routine care, and the observation group (50patients) received individualized care. The treatment compliance, quality of life, self-care ability, complications,and recurrence of the two groups were compared. Results The treatment compliance of the observation group was100.00% higher than that of the control group (86.00%, P<0.05); The total incidence of complications in theobservation group was 4.00%, and the recurrence rate was 6.00%, which was lower than that in the control group(18.00%, 26.00%, P<0.05); After nursing, the scores of quality of life and self-care ability in the observation groupwere higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The individualized nursing of patients withmycotic vaginitis can significantly improve their treatment compliance, improve their self-care ability and qualityof life, reduce complications, and reduce recurrence, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
