| 摘要 |
探究分析呼吸护理指导对胸腔镜手术患者术后呼吸功能和生活质量的影响。方法 选取于 2021 年 1 月至 2022 年 6 月，至我院接受胸腔镜手术的患者共 30 例，作为本次研究对象。根据患者的入院序列数为基础，采用随机数字分组的方式，将 30 例患者随机分为对照组以及观察组。对照组采用常规护理模式进行干预；观察组采用呼吸护理指导模式进行干预。对比分析对照组以及观察组的呼吸功能以及生活质量。结果 经护理干预后，观察组在呼吸功能以及生活质量方面明显优于对照组，其中（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论 在对接受胸腔镜手术的患者进行护理的过程中，采用呼吸护理指导模式进行干预，能够有效提升患者的生活质量，同时能够显著改善患者的呼吸功能，在实际应用的过程中具有优良的效果，值得进一步的推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the influence of respiratory nursing guidance on respiratoryfunction and quality of life of patients after thoracoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 98 patients who receivedthoracoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study.Based on the number of admission sequences, 30 patients were randomly divided into control group andobservation group. The control group was intervened with conventional nursing mode; The observation group wasintervened with respiratory nursing guidance mode. The respiratory function and quality of life of the control groupand the observation group were compared and analyzed. Results After nursing intervention, the observation groupwas significantly better than the control group in terms of respiratory function and quality of life（P. Conclusion Inthe process of nursing patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery, using the respiratory nursing guidance mode tointervene can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, and can significantly improve the respiratoryfunction of patients, which has excellent effects in the actual application process, and is worthy of furtherpromotion and application.
