| 摘要 |
分析 AIDET 沟通模式应用在日间白内障手术护理中的价值。方法 选取 2020 年 12 月至2021 年 11 月进行日间白内障手术患者 68 例，随机分为观察组和对照组各 34 例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予 AIDET 沟通模式，对比效果。结果 术前 5min，观察组心理状态评分、应激反应水平、并发症低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组知识掌握评分、护理满意度评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 日间白内障手术护理中实施 AIDET 沟通模式可使患者心理状态有效改善，减少应激反应。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the value of AIDET communication mode in daytime cataract surgerynursing. Methods 68 patients who underwent daytime cataract surgery from December 2020 to November 2021were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 34 patients in each group. The controlgroup was given routine care, and the observation group was given AIDET communication mode to compare theeffects. Results Five minutes before operation, the scores of psychological state, stress reaction level andcomplications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); The scores ofknowledge mastery and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of AIDET communication mode in daytime cataract surgery nursingcan effectively improve the psychological status of patients and reduce stress reaction.
