| 摘要 |
本文探析冠脉严重钙化病变患者接受冠状动脉腔内旋磨术的护理方法及应用效果。方法研究时间为：2021 年 10 月至 2022 年 10 月期间，研究对象为：在我院治接受冠状动脉旋磨术治疗的 78 例严重钙化病变患者，对比两组患者手术成功率及并发症发生情况。结果 研究护理组手术成功率高达 100.00%，常规护理组为 97.43%，P＞0.05 说明不存在对比意义；在并发症发生情况分别为 10.26%，20.51%，P＜0.05说明存在对比意义。结论 对冠脉严重钙化病变患者实施冠状动脉旋磨成形术同时实施围术期优质的护理措施，对患者的康复起到重要作用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the nursing methods and application effects of patients with severecoronary calcification undergoing intracoronary rotational milling. Methods The study time was from October2021 to October 2022. The study subjects were 78 patients with severe calcified lesions who were treated bycoronary artery rotary milling in our hospital. The success rate and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The success rate of operation in the study nursing group was as high as 100.00%, and that in the routinenursing group was 97.43%, P>0.05, indicating that there was no comparative significance; The incidence ofcomplications was 10.26% and 20.51% respectively, P<0.05, indicating that there was a comparative significance.Conclusion It plays an important role in the rehabilitation of patients with severe calcified coronary artery diseaseto implement coronary rotational angioplasty and perioperative high-quality nursing measures.
