| 摘要 |
研究肿瘤科VTE高风险患者采取护理风险管理后产生的实际作用。方法 选择肿瘤科VTE高风险患者为研究对象，均在2020年6月至2021年6月入院，共100例将所有肿瘤科VTE高风险患者按照随机数表方式分组，1/2患者采取基础护理，设定为对照组；余下1/2患者采取护理风险管理，设定为观察组，分析两种方式产生的实际作用。结果 在护理满意度方面，观察组明显高于对照组，在护理风险事件发生率上，观察组明显较低，在QOL评分上，观察组明显高于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 肿瘤科VTE高风险患者应用护理风险管理能够降低VTE风险发生，改善生活质量，并且还能达到患者护理满意度目的。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the practical effect of nursing risk management on high-risk patients with VTE in oncology department. Methods 100 high-risk patients with VTE in oncology department were selected as the research object. They were hospitalized from June 2020 to June 2021. All high-risk patients with VTE in oncology department were divided into groups according to the random number table. One half of the patients took basic nursing and were set as the control group; The remaining 1 / 2 patients took nursing risk management and set it as the observation group to analyze the actual effects of the two methods. Results in terms of nursing satisfaction, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group was significantly lower, and the QOL score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion the application of nursing risk management in high-risk patients with VTE in oncology department can reduce the risk of VTE, improve the quality of life, and achieve the purpose of patient nursing satisfaction.
