| 摘要 |
探讨优质护理在不孕不育症护理中的效果。方法 将我院 2021 年 3 月-2022 年 1 月 80 例不孕不育症患者，抽签随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，优质组实施优质护理。比较两组护理前后负性情绪、满意度、疾病认知。结果 护理前两组负性情绪比较，P＞0.05，护理后两组均显著降低，而其中优质组显著低于对照组，P＜0.05。优质组的满意度 40（100.00）比对照组 33（82.50）高（P＜0.05）。优质组疾病认知 96.56±3.61 分高于对照组 82.12±3.01 分，P＜0.05。结论 不孕不育症患者实施优质护理效果确切，可提高患者疾病认知，减轻不良情绪，提升满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of quality nursing in infertility nursing. Methods 80 patients withinfertility in our hospital from March 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. The controlgroup was given routine nursing, while the high quality group was given high quality nursing. The negativeemotion, satisfaction and disease cognition before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The negative emotions of the two groups before and after nursing were significantly lower than those ofthe control group (P>0.05). The satisfaction of high quality group was 40 (100.00) higher than that of control group33 (82.50) (P<0.05). 96.56 ± 3.61 points of disease cognition in high quality group were higher than 82.12 ± 3.01points in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of quality nursing for infertile patients has adefinite effect, which can improve patients cognition of disease, reduce their bad emotions, and enhance theirsatisfaction.
