| 摘要 |
探讨高龄糖尿病患者泌尿外科围术期血糖管理护理效果。方法 将我院 2021 年 4 月-2022 年 4 月 60 例高龄糖尿病患者，双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施围术期血糖管理。比较两组护理前后生活质量评分水平、血糖监测水平、护理满意度、并发症。结果 实验组生活质量评分水平高于对照组，血糖监测水平低于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，并发症低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 高龄糖尿病患者实施围术期血糖管理效果确切。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the nursing effect of perioperative blood glucose management in elderlypatients with diabetes. Methods 60 elderly patients with diabetes from April 2021 to April 2022 in our hospitalwere randomly divided into two groups by double-blind method. The control group was given routine nursing, andthe experimental group was given perioperative blood glucose management. The scores of life quality, bloodglucose monitoring, nursing satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups before and afternursing. Results The score of life quality in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, theblood glucose monitoring level was lower than that in the control group, the nursing satisfaction was higher thanthat in the control group, and the complications were lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionPerioperative blood glucose management is effective in elderly patients with diabetes.
