Objective To analyze the specific effect of optimizing fasting time in children with perioperative hernia based on ERAS and anesthesia guidelines. Methods During the period from 2020 to 2021, 84 children with hernia surgery were treated in our hospital. They were treated as the subjects of this experiment. They were divided into two groups according to the principle of random allocation. The routine nursing was used as the control group. The experimental groups of nursing methods were compared. The specific curative effect and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing methods in the experimental group were more effective, the childrens fasting time was shorter, and the family members satisfaction was higher, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Based on ERAS and anesthesia guidelines, it has a good effect in optimizing the perioperative fasting time of children with hernia, which not only shortens the perioperative fasting time of children, but also improves the childrens mood, which directly improves the satisfaction of family members. , so it is worthy of widespread promotion.
