儿童颜面部软组织急诊创伤早期整复的手术配合及护理研究

| 摘要 |
研究和探讨儿童颜面部软组织急诊创伤早期整复的手术配合及护理的临床效果。方法 择取的研究对象为我科室2021年3月1日至2021年11月31日期间所收治的92例颜面部软组织急诊创伤早期整复儿童，按照整复手术配合不同的护理干预分为了观察组（46例，儿童优质护理）和对照组（46例，常规护理），对比两组患儿的护理依从性、术后并发症的发生率（感染、出血、瘢痕）、整复有效率以及面部皮肤组织恢复情况（伤口愈合、形态恢复、功能恢复）。结果 观察组患儿的护理依从性、整复有效率以及伤口愈合、形态恢复、功能恢复得分均明显高于对照组，且观察组患儿术后并发症的发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在儿童颜面部软组织急诊创伤早期整复治疗中，采用手术配合优质护理干预具有较好的临床效果，能够有效改善患儿的护理依从性、整复有效率以及面部皮肤组织恢复，降低感染、出血、瘢痕等术后并发症的发生率，值得临床推广采用。

| Abstract |
Objective To study and discuss the clinical effect of surgical cooperation and nursing in the early rehabilitation of childrens facial soft tissue emergency trauma. Methods The selected research subjects were 92 children with early rehabilitation of facial soft tissue emergency trauma treated in our department from March 1, 2021 to November 31, 2021. According to the rehabilitation surgery combined with different nursing interventions, they were divided into observation groups. The nursing compliance, incidence of postoperative complications (infection, hemorrhage, scar), restoration efficiency and Facial skin tissue recovery (wound healing, morphological recovery, functional recovery). Results The nursing compliance, rehabilitation efficiency, wound healing, morphological recovery, and functional recovery scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. There was statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion In the early rehabilitation of childrens facial soft tissue emergency trauma, the use of surgery combined with high-quality nursing intervention has good clinical effects, can effectively improve childrens nursing compliance, rehabilitation efficiency and facial skin tissue recovery, reduce infection, The incidence of postoperative complications such as bleeding and scarring is worthy of clinical promotion.
