| 摘要 |
矿产资源开采本身存在较大的安全风险，为了充分保障采矿作业人员安全，将因事故导致生命财产安全损失的几率控制在最低程度，必须要高度重视矿山的安全管理工作。本文主要对当前矿山安全管理中存在问题进行探讨，同时也提出了可以有效改善矿山安全管理水平的一些见解，希望能够对矿山工程的安全进行提供一定的参考。

| Abstract |
Mineral mining itself has great safety risks. In order to fully protect the safety of mining operators and control the probability of safety loss of workers lives and properties to a minimum, it is necessary to attach great importance to the safety management of mines. This paper mainly discusses the problems existing in the current mine safety management, and also puts forward some insights that can effectively improve the mine safety management level, hoping to provide a certain reference for the safety of mine engineering.
