| 摘要 |
PUA是近年出现的新型社会团体，其游走于法律与道德的界限之间，以“恋爱教程”之名行违法犯罪之实。其涉及的法律模糊，定性困难，笔者尝试从犯罪主体角度入手，分析其犯罪性质，认为其应当认定为故意杀人及故意伤害罪的间接正犯，且简单作出了对策建议。

| Abstract |
PUA is a new type of social group that has emerged in recent years. It walks between the boundaries of law and morality, and commits crimes in the name of "love course". The law involved is ambiguous and the characterization is difficult. The author tries to analyze the nature of the crime from the perspective of the subject of the crime, thinks that it should be identified as the indirect principal of the crime of intentional homicide and intentional injury, and briefly makes countermeasures and suggestions.
