摘要	探讨能否通过康复新液外涂减轻乳腺癌患者应用盐酸多柔比星脂质体致手足综合征的发生率、严重程度及发生时间。方法选取2019年10月至2021年12月在河北省邢台市人民医院乳腺外科住院进行盐酸多柔比星脂质体治疗的乳腺癌患者80例，随机分为两组，每组40人。研究组给予康复新液手足外涂进行干预，对照组无特殊干预措施。比较两组手足综合征发生的相关情况。结果研究组手足综合征发生率及严重程度显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论康复新液外用可减轻乳腺癌患者应用盐酸多柔比星脂质体所致手足综合征的发生率及严重程度。
Abstract	Objective To explore whether the external application of Kangfuxin liquid can reduce the incidence, severity and occurrence time of hand-foot syndrome induced by doxorubicin hydrochloride liposome in breast cancer patients. Methods A total of 80 patients with breast cancer who received doxorubicin hydrochloride liposome treatment in the Breast Surgery Department of Xingtai Peoples Hospital, Hebei Province from October 2019 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 patients in each group. The research group was given Kangfuxin liquid external application on hands and feet for intervention, and the control group had no special intervention measures. The incidence of hand-foot syndrome in the two groups was compared. Results The incidence and severity of hand-foot syndrome in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion External application of Kangfuxin Liquid can reduce the incidence and severity of hand-foot syndrome caused by doxorubicin hydrochloride liposome in breast cancer patients.
