摘要
论文研究了肝X受体激动剂TO901317对人乳腺癌细胞凋亡的影响。结果表明,随着TO901317处理浓度的增加和时间的延长,对细胞活力的抑制作用逐渐增强,凋亡现象逐渐明显。进一步通过Western blot检测发现,TO901317可下调Bcl-2蛋白表达,促使凋亡蛋白Bax和cleaved-Caspase 3表达增多,进一步证实TO901317促进两种乳腺癌细胞凋亡。
Abstract
The paper investigated the effects of the liver X receptor agonist TO901317 on apoptosis in human breast cancer cells. The results demonstrated that as the concentration of TO901317 increased and the treatment duration extended, its inhibitory effect on cell viability progressively intensified, and apoptosis became increasingly evident. Further Western blot analysis revealed that TO901317 downregulated the expression of Bcl-2 protein while upregulating the expression of the apoptotic proteins Bax and cleaved-Caspase 3. These findings further confirmed that TO901317 promotes apoptosis in both breast cancer cell lines.
