摘要
论文探究肝X受体(LXR)激动剂TO901317对MCF-7人乳腺癌细胞迁移能力的作用及机制。结果表明,随着TO901317处理浓度的增加,MCF-7细胞的迁移能力明显得到抑制,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时LXRα与IκBα的表达逐渐增强,而NF-κB p65的表达则显著降低。LXRα siRNA可显著延缓TO901317的上述作用,PDTC处理则进一步增强TO901317对乳腺癌细胞迁移的抑制作用。
Abstract
The study investigated the effects of the liver X receptor (LXR) agonist TO901317 on the migration ability of MCF-7 human breast cancer cells and its underlying mechanisms. The results showed that, with increasing concentrations of TO901317 treatment, the migration ability of MCF-7 cells was significantly inhibited, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Simultaneously, the expression of LXRα and IκBα gradually increased, while the expression of NF-κB p65 significantly decreased. LXRα siRNA notably delayed the aforementioned effects of TO901317, while PDTC treatment further enhanced the inhibitory effect of TO901317 on breast cancer cell migration.
