| 摘要 |
分析心理护理在急性闭角型青光眼护理中的护理效果。方法 此次研究总共纳入80例实验对象，均是2020年9月至2021年11月到我院诊治的急性闭角型青光眼患者，利用红绿双色球法进行分组，分为对照组（常规护理）与研究组（心理护理）。对比分析两组的心理状态及护理效果。结果 干预后，在SAS评分与SDS评分上，研究组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。在眼压与视力水平上，研究组优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 心理护理用于急性闭角型青光眼的效果显著，临床可进一步推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the nursing effect of psychological nursing in acute angle-closure glaucoma nursing. Methods A total of 80 subjects were included in this study, all acute angle closure glaucoma patients treated in our hospital from September 2020 to November 2021. They were divided by red-green double chromosphere method into control group (routine care) and study group (psychological care).The mental state and nursing effect of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results After the intervention, the SAS and SDS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). In the level of intraocular pressure and visual acuity, the research group was better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of psychological nursing on acute angle-closure glaucoma is remarkable, and clinical application can be further promoted.
