离床护理在危重患者恢复期的应用研究

摘要	降低危重患者长期卧床并发症的发生率，提高危重患者生存质量和护理质量。方法对照组采用常规护理方法；实验组实施离床护理，通过评估提出现阶段护理问题，根据离床护理目标及实施步骤拟定个性化的护理措施。结果通过离床护理的实施，实验组危重患者在气管切开置管封管时间、坐位平衡三级所需时间、ADL能力提升时间均有缩短，并发症发生率大大降低，对比具有统计学意义。结论针对危重症卧床患者实施离床护理效果显著，值得推广应用。
Abstract	Objective To reduce the incidence of long-term bed complications in critically ill patients, and to improve the quality of survival and care of critically ill patients. Methods The control group adopts routine nursing methods; the experimental group implements the bedside nursing, proposes the current nursing problems through evaluation, and formulates personalized nursing measures according to the bedside nursing objectives and implementation steps. Results Through the implementation of the bed care, the critically ill patients in the experimental group in tracheotomy, the time required for sitting balance, the three level, and the time of ADL ability improvement were statistically significant. Conclusion The effect of leaving bed care for critically ill bed patients is remarkable.
