摘要	针对当前系统化护理用于胃溃疡患者深入分析，研究系统化护理于常规护理的优势之处。方法研究人员结合纳排标准，选择了我院2021年2月到2022年2月诊断并且治疗护理的胃溃疡患者为研究对象，随机数字法将80例研究对象分两组。研究组（n=40例）给予系统化护理；参照组（n=40例）给予常规胃溃疡护理。结果参照组的护理质量评分效果低于研究组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。参照组的护理满意度低于研究组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。参照组的不良反应发生率高于研究组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论系统化护理能够实现胃溃疡患者的护理目标，改善患者护理质量评分，尽可能消除护理过程中出现不良反应，进一步提升患者护理满意度，保证其护理工作达到预期，有一定推广价值。
Abstract	Objective To study the advantages of the systematic nursing in the routine nursing for the thorough analysis of the gastric ulcer patients. Methods The researchers selected the patients with gastric ulcers diagnosed and treated from February 2021 to February 2022 as the study subjects. The random number method divided the 80 study subjects into two groups.Study group (n=40 cases) gave systematic care; reference group (n=40 cases gave routine gastric ulcer care). Results The nursing quality score of the reference group was lower than that of the study group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the reference group was lower than that of the research group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the reference group was higher than that in the study group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Systematic nursing can achieve the nursing goals of gastric ulcer patients, improve the nursing quality score of patients, eliminate adverse reactions in the nursing process as much as possible, further improve the nursing satisfaction of patients, and ensure that their nursing work meets expectations, which has certain promotion value.
